Services are invoiced by the Fort et Éclair association (SIRET 923 169 676 00015) or by Alyster Studio, sole trader (SIRET 883 135 188 00042), depending on the service. VAT not applicable (French tax code).

Data collected
The contact form collects your name or project name, email, preferred dates, number of people and project description.
Purpose: replying to your request and preparing a residency proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
This data is reserved for La Renégate. It is kept strictly confidential and used only to answer you.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted. Data related to a completed residency is kept for the duration of the relationship, then according to legal invoice retention periods (10 years).
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or object to it. Simply write to larenegate.exp@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Recordings & image rights
Audio and video recordings made during the residency belong to the artists. La Renégate shares them only with their written consent, for example to present the venue on its website or Instagram.
Working files are kept for 3 months after delivery, in case of any request, then deleted.
